Shipping Options

At BarkGains, we understand that getting your premium dog products quickly and reliably is important. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and begin from the time your order is processed, not from the time it is placed. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Free Shipping

BarkGains offers FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order subtotal (before taxes and discounts) exceeds $49. This offer is valid for standard shipping only and cannot be combined with expedited or express shipping options.

Shipping Locations

BarkGains currently ships to the following locations:

  • United States: All 50 states and territories
  • Canada: All provinces and territories

For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, additional shipping charges may apply. For Canadian orders, customs fees and import duties may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

At this time, we do not ship to international destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update this policy as new regions become available.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view your order status and tracking information in your BarkGains account under "Order History."

Shipping Carriers

BarkGains partners with reputable shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location, the shipping method selected, and the size and weight of your items.

We reserve the right to change carriers at our discretion to ensure the most efficient delivery of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package by:

  1. Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Logging into your BarkGains account and viewing your order history
  3. Visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your order number and email address

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Issues

While we strive for perfect deliveries every time, occasionally issues may arise:

Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BarkGains is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is reported as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and others at your residence
  2. Look for a delivery notice indicating where the package was left
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  4. If you still cannot locate your package, contact our customer service team within 7 days of the reported delivery date

For packages damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damaged packaging and products, and contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature or regulatory requirements:

  • Certain food products may not be eligible for shipment to all locations due to agricultural regulations
  • Oversized items may incur additional shipping charges
  • Products containing certain ingredients may have restrictions for international shipping

Any shipping restrictions will be noted on the product page or during checkout.

Subscription Orders

For customers enrolled in our subscription service for regular deliveries:

  • Subscription orders qualify for free standard shipping regardless of order value
  • Subscription orders are processed according to your selected frequency
  • You will receive a notification email before each subscription order is processed, giving you time to make changes if needed
  • Shipping address and delivery frequency can be modified in your account settings

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (particularly November and December), processing and shipping times may be extended due to higher order volumes and carrier delays. We recommend placing orders early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
