Orders & Shipping
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are typically:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any potential carrier delays. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the continental United States. Orders under $49 have a flat shipping rate of $5.99.
For expedited and express shipping options, additional fees will apply based on the weight and destination of your package.
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. For Canadian orders, please note that additional shipping fees and potential customs duties may apply.
We're working on expanding our international shipping options. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we begin shipping to more countries!
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click the tracking number in the email or:
- Log in to your BarkGains account
- Go to "Order History"
- Find your order and click "Track Package"
If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order:
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@barkgains.com with your order number in the subject line.
- If your order has already shipped, you'll need to follow our return process once you receive the package.
We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or modify orders once they've been placed.

That said, it's important to choose products appropriate for your dog's size, age, and chewing habits. Always supervise your dog with new toys, and discontinue use if any product becomes damaged or if small pieces break off.
For food and treats, we clearly list all ingredients so you can avoid any known allergens your dog may have. If your dog has specific health concerns, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian before introducing new food products.

We understand that dogs can be picky eaters! While we don't currently offer individual samples, we do have these options:
- Small "trial size" packages of many of our food and treat products
- Variety packs that let you try multiple flavors in smaller quantities
- Our "Satisfaction Guarantee" that allows you to return any unopened food products if your dog doesn't like a particular item

Returns & Refunds
We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your BarkGains purchase. Our return policy includes:
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Food and treat items can only be returned if unopened
- Personalized items cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect

Starting a return is simple:
- Log in to your BarkGains account
- Go to "Order History" and find the order containing the item(s) you want to return
- Click "Return Items" and follow the prompts
- Print the prepaid return shipping label
- Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging if possible
- Attach the shipping label and drop off at any USPS location
If you don't have an account or need assistance, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
Once we receive your returned item(s), our process works as follows:
- We inspect the returned items within 1-2 business days
- If approved, we process your refund to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days
- Other payment methods may take longer depending on the provider
You'll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. If it's been more than 10 business days since we confirmed receipt of your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
We're sorry to hear that! If you received a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Email photos of the damaged/defective item to support@barkgains.com
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
For damaged or defective items, we'll provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund as soon as possible. You won't be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

No, you don't need an account to make a purchase on BarkGains. We offer a guest checkout option for your convenience.
However, creating an account provides several benefits:
